Overview
Modular-monolith platform built on ASP.NET Core (.NET 10), PostgreSQL 17 + pgvector, and React 19 that evaluates bounded repository candidate sets, computes versioned saturation and proximity scores, and degrades cleanly to deterministic offline fallbacks when no LLM endpoint is configured.
